Before diving into the deep end . . .

The basic app is for workers who want an easy, one stop shop to manage their issue tickets without the hassle of finding them in Jira. The standard and advanced editions contain the features that make PMS, managers, and executives all excited. But this app is for those who just want to work and not be encumbered with burdensome reporting.

We've all felt the frustrations of click, click, scroll, backtrack, click, click, search and then click some more just to find that one issue to update our time or change the status on. And once you found it, you have to scroll and click to find where you need to update.

Well now, on the beginning of your work week, you open Jira, click apps and Work Pulse and all your tickets are presented to you. That's it. You are there ready to log time, change status and enter comments on the ticket.
