Feature Summary

Conversations states.

  • Open:
    • if there is an issue to resolve, its still unresolved.
    • If this is just a general conversation, or one without an issue to resolve, its still of value and being monitored.
  • Resolved:
    • The issue has been resolved.
  • Closed:
    • The conversation will no longer allow replies in the hub and is slated to be automatically archived in 48 hours.
This status box will allow you to close or resolve the ticket.

Manual Archiving of a Conversation

Navigate to the conversation.

You will see on the top menu the Archive Page.

Click it and you will get a "Are you sure" dialog where you can click to archive or cancel.

The conversation is removed from the Hub, but the confluence page with all the replies persists.
